The good side of moving away

without comments

For years I asked mum to cook a pasta she used to do when we all lived in Taquara. It was talharim with a lot of cheese, ham, bacon and champignons (mushrooms). For years she said she didn’t remember how the recipe was and such.

Now that I’m moving away and she good a brand new kitchen, she said she will do the pasta before I go.

Amazing how the prospect of not seen someone for a long time really improves your memory.
