How to annotate the approval number on your passport
One thing that almost drove me nuts after getting the approval of my visa was how to annotate it on the passport, as it was pointed in the notification email. After trying to contact the Embassy, I tried to call a company that does the arrangements to get a visa.
The call was pretty short: as I did the electronic way, I had nothing more to do. Just to make sure, the guy that talked to me said that I could call the commerce chamber to make sure.
Calling the chamber proved that: the guy said I had nothing more to do, except print the email.
So I have, right here in my hands, the printing that will allow me to work in Australia. And that’s done.
Land of down under, here I go!
Edit 1: And and email I sent Wednesday to the Brazilian Embassy asking what documents I had to sent to them to put the visa number on my passport was answered, saying that I have to send the passport and the money to send it back to me. Now I’m confused: two organizations say I have nothing to do while the official mission says I have to send just the passport.
